With top quality of distributed products and their safety as our priority, we guarantee full responsibility for top standards of procedures in each aspect of our activity.

As meeting our clients' needs and expectations, building mutual trust and good relations are our primary goals in order to optimise cooperation with our business partners and bearing in mind compliance of distribution of medicinal products and other assortment with the highest standards, we continuously strive to improve the quality of the services we offer.

We declare at the same time that the Quality Policy adopted is based on regular reviews and updates and is adhered to by the entire staff. The tasks are fulfilled in particular by:

• implementation and application of the company's Quality Assurance System with continuous verification of its up-to-dateness and effectiveness,
• implementation and compliance with the Good Distribution Practices, Good Hygienic Practice and OHS rules,
• continuous improvement of the quality of services rendered, by regular monitoring of key distribution processes,
• compliance of each and every business aspect with the approved procedures and instructions developed based on the requirements of the Quality Assurance System,
• regular research of customers' needs and expectations and their satisfaction with our cooperation,
• adjustment of our services to the requirements of the dynamically developing sector of medicinal products logistics,
• regular internal audits to verify the Quality Assurance System efficiency,

• improvement of qualifications, knowledge and awareness of personnel by providing the system of internal and external trainings,
