Services provided by PCF Procefar Sp. z o.o. to manufacturers include manufacturer warehouse, storage, distribution, logistics, sale. We are now capable of supplying the pharmaceutical market with products of practically any manufacturer.
We have two wholesale facilities operating in line with Good Distribution Practices with products of four manufacturers in stock.
- The Branch in Wrocław provides consignment services for products owned by another enterprise. The warehouse has a designated space for export products.
- In Łódź the process of picking, control and packaging for shipment to pharmacies is carried out by means of validated IT system with the use of bar codes, and is supervised by a monitoring system.
- Both warehouses have a designated special storage space.
Goods are distributed to pharmacies, wholesalers and shops in specialist vehicles by qualified subcontractors.
- We have vehicles for local/municipal distribution with the capacity from two palettes up to trucks for national transport with the capacity up to nineteen palettes.
- We cooperate with two major courier services specialising in pharmaceutical transport.
- All vehicles are provided with insulation and heating and cooling installation as well as temperature monitoring system at each transport stage.
- Carriers and drivers are trained in Good Distribution Practices and internal quality procedures, and have considerable experience in pharmaceutical transport. Our subcontractors are regularly audited for GDP compliance.
- Goods to be stored at 2-8 degrees C are transported in cold chain coolers or with the use of active vehicle refrigerators.
- Palleted goods are transported on reusable EURO palettes only, parcels are distributed in unified size cartons secured with fillers against damage and with brand name tape to prevent access to their contents.
Orders are handled by Customer Service Department divided into teams responsible for accepting and processing orders, handling complaints and debt collection.
Quality of Order Execution
PCF Procefar Sp. z o.o. distributes goods to pharmacies and wholesalers country-wide. We aim to deliver goods to pharmacies within 48 hours of order placement, within 24 hours to wholesalers for priority orders, while deliveries of reimbursable products are carried out within 48 hours , and other products - within 72 hours .
In a survey conducted by an independent poll service specialising in the pharmaceutical market the quality of our logistic service (deliveries, storage, transport, complaints, debt collection) received a high score from our customers. We have been continuously striving to improve the quality of our customer service.
