PCF Procefar Sp. z o.o. pays special attention to respecting your privacy and the protection of information you provide us with when you're using this website, including information containing personal data, which is why we undertake all the necessary technical and organisational measures and safety precautions in accordance with the applicable law. The Personal Data are collected in the scope that is necessary for the purpose of their processing, and they are stored only as long as necessary to achieve that purpose.

  1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy specifies the principles of collecting, processing and the use of data, including personal data, obtained from you via www.procefar.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) by PCF Procefar Sp. z o.o., seated in Wrocław, ul. Żmigrodzka 242F, which is the Controller of your data.

1.2. The personal data are processed in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the law, i.e. with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act and the Act of 18th July 2002 on services provided electronically, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the ESA).

  1. The scope and purpose of personal data processing on the Platform

2.1. Preparing page view statistics:

a) Cookies (identification codes of cookies, Internet protocol addresses, device IDs)

The purpose of data processing:

a) The logs collected by PCF Procefar Sp. z o.o. are stored as auxiliary materials for website administration. The information therein contained are not available for anyone except the persons responsible for server administration. Based on the log files, statistics serving as administration aid may be generated. The collective summaries in the form of such statistics do not feature anything that might enable identification of the visitors to the site.

a) The personal data are processed pursuant to Art. 6 Sec. 1 letter F) of the GDPR – legitimate interests of the Controller.

Your personal data will be stored for 50 months.

Legal basis for processing: The personal data are processed pursuant to Art. 6 Sec. 1 point A) of the GDPR.

Provision of personal data is not obligatory, but it is necessary for service provision. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for answering your question.

  1. Transferring personal data

3.1. Personal data may be transferred for processing by other entities, which is inherent to the way the Platform operates. Such transfer may only take place upon prior written personal data processing agreement concluded by the Data Controller and another entity.

3.2. In cases other than specified hereinabove, your personal data will not be made available in any form to third parties or any entities without your prior consent.

  1. How you can exercise your rights

PCF Procefar Sp. z o.o. honours all its obligations arising out of the GDPR towards the data subjects.

4.1. You have the right to access, correct, remove your personal data or limit processing of your personal data.

4.2. You have the right to lodge an objection against the processing of your personal data.

4.3. You have the right to move your personal data and withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4.4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you think that processing of the personal data breaches the provisions of the GDPR.

4.5. Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

4.6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third party countries/international organisations.

4.7. You can exercise the rights mentioned above by contacting the Data Protection Supervisor – iod@hasco-lek.pl. The Data Controller will enforce the rights you indicated provided that there are no circumstances that entitle the Controller to process such data, which will be communicated to you.

  1. Technical and organisational measures

5.1. The Company will undertake any actions to secure your data and protect them from actions of third parties.

5.2. Before being granted access to the personal data, all persons cooperating with the Company must obtain a relevant authorisation and sign a confidentiality declaration, obliging them to maintain all and any information in secrecy. The Company implemented personal data protection documentation.

5.3. The Platform enables technical possibilities for limiting access to personal data by authorised persons.

5.4. The Platform has a technical feature allowing blocking of users in breach of the Regulations and blocking specific IP addresses in the event of breach of the law or the Regulations.

5.5. The Platform uses mechanisms for generating backup copies.

5.6. The actions we undertake may turn out to be insufficient if you fail to take proper safety precautions. You should pay particular attention to the protection of your log-in data. (username, password).

  1. Cookies

6.1. During standard use of the Platform, the Company does not automatically collect any data, with the exception of the data contained in the cookies.

6.2. Cookie files are small text files sent by the Platform and stored on your computer, containing certain information regarding your use of the Platform.

6.3. Cookies are used for the purpose of performing the processes that are necessary for full operation of the Platform, for maintaining login sessions and for ensuring that you can be provided with interesting information.

6.4. You can disable cookies or delete the existing cookies at any moment by selecting the dedicated settings in your Internet browser. In case of problems, please use the help section in your browser or contact the producer of your browser.

6.5. However, if you continue to use the Platform without having disabled cookies, you consent to downloading them to our computer.

6.6. Our Platforms uses two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies:

a) persistent cookies – they are saved on the user's device when a user visits the Platform for the period determined in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the user; this allows the user to be recognised and his preferences to be saved;

b) session cookies – (temporary cookies) are temporary files generated when the user views the Platform pages, stored until the end of a browser session (logging out, leaving the Platform or closing a browser). Without them, some applications and functions may not work correctly.

6.7. Cookies are also used by third party services integrated with the Platform such us Google Analytics. We recommend that you read their Privacy Polices to get to know the rules on cookie files used in statistics.

6.8. In accordance with Art. 173 Sec. 1 Item 2, in connection with Art. 173 Sec. 2 of the Telecommunications Act, if you do not want the cookies to be saved on your computer, you should modify your browser settings accordingly. If your settings are set on enabling cookies, it is considered consent to the above.

6.9. You can disable data transfer to Google Analytics at any time by installing a browser plugin https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

  1. Server log files

7.1. The server hosting the page automatically downloads technical data of the users, in particular data such as: the Internet protocol, the IP address, the operating system, the browser type, number of views and addresses of visited sites. We only use these data to administer the site and to provide as efficient hosting services as possible.

7.2. The content viewed is identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:

a) time of request,

b) time of response,

c) name of the client's host – identification through HTTP protocol,

d) information on errors that occurred during HTTP transmission,

e) URL address last viewed by the user (referrer link) – if the site is accessed by referral,

f) information on the user's web browser,

g) information on the IP address.

7.3. The above data are not associated with particular viewers of the site.

7.4. The above data are used only for the purposes of server administration.

  1. Other websites

8.1. Links to other websites can appear within the Platform from time to time (i.e. for advertising purposes).

8.2. Such other websites are operated independently of the Platform and are in no way supervised by it.

8.3. Such websites may follow their own Privacy Policies, which we recommend to read in each instance.

8.4. The Company shall not be held liable for the principles of handling data by such other websites.

  1. Using Facebook social networking service plugins

The site contains referrals to Facebook social networking services. After clicking on a symbol or the full name, you will be redirected to the website with the respective networking service. After selecting "Share" and choosing a social networking service, you can publish the given event (e.g. search results) on the selected social networking service site. After you click the link below "Follow us", you can follow our activity on the selected social networking service site. Particular social networking service sites apply their own data privacy policies and terms of use. Our Company has no influence on the collection, processing or use of data on such websites.

  1. Final Provisions

10.1. In matters not considered herein, the applicable provisions of the Polish law shall apply.

10.2. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy by publication of the new version on the Platform.
